IntranetON enables:

storage of company’s data and resources such as customers details, partners details, institutions and employees data, fixed assets, etc.
rationalization of the documents’ management process (classification, creation, registration, searching, information about new documents, serial correspondence etc.)
scheduling of meetings, tasks, voting etc.
improving the communication between employees (internal post, timetables, announcements, newsletters)
supporting the process of the organization of conferences, workshops, courses etc.
inquiring – reporting, distribution, opinion pools, market research, gathering the customers opinions, etc.
project management (also projects financed from the EU funds) - scheduling, timetables, calculations, state of realization, etc.

As the offer for the market, the Institute of the Mathematical Machines developed the complex system for management of information in the institutions and companies - Intr@net. The system is a composite of several integrated intranet applications (Announcements, Agenda, Address Book, Documents, Tasks, Reports and others). Intr@net provides information presentation, help to organize company’s activities and facilitates internel communication. The system was created on the base of WWW browser, what means that there is no need of any additional software installation. The system was composed as the ‘Intranet-in-a-box’ - which idea is still finding wide recognition all over the world. Basic advantage of such systems is their speed, simplicity and low implementation costs.
